With respect to professional services engagements, ownership and licensing of deliverables, work product, code, documentation, designs, architectures, and other materials created during the course of a project shall be governed by the terms of the applicable Statement of Work or Service Agreement executed between Onenation Ent Inc. and the client.

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, Onenation Ent Inc. retains ownership of all pre-existing materials, tools, methodologies, frameworks, libraries, and know-how used in the delivery of services. The client retains ownership of its pre-existing materials and data provided to us for the purposes of the engagement.

6. Confidentiality

In the course of providing services, Onenation Ent Inc. may receive confidential and proprietary information from clients, including but not limited to business plans, technical specifications, system architectures, source code, financial data, customer information, and trade secrets. We agree to hold all such information in strict confidence and to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.

Confidential information does not include information that is or becomes publicly available through no fault of Onenation Ent Inc., was already in our possession without restriction prior to disclosure, is independently developed by us without use of the confidential information, or is rightfully obtained by us from a third party without restriction. Detailed confidentiality obligations are set forth in individual service agreements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

For professional services engagements, the executed service agreement or statement of work constitutes the governing agreement for that engagement.
